Description:
Though felt paper is not as good as moiststop it is an inexpensive alternative. We only recommend it on flooring that is 1 1/2" up to 3 1/4" wide. Any floor above that dimension should have moiststop under it for added moisture protection. Moisture coming in under the floor can cause the flooring to cup.
